Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all treatments and services provided by Themen Osteopathie.

Appointments and Cancellations

  • The primary way to make an appointment is through the “Crosssuite” booking system via the “Make an Appointment” button on the website. Appointments can also be made by phone or email.
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur charges.

Payments

  • Payment must be made immediately after the treatment via card or cash, unless otherwise agreed.
  • If an invoice is issued, it must be paid within 14 days.

Liability

  • Themen Osteopathie is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • Themen Osteopathie is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings within the practice premises.

Your data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy.
